Any puppies that you find at pet stores or puppy shops are from puppy mills, especially in the Philadelphia / NJ area. These puppies generally come from Lancaster County. There are no responsible breeders who sell their puppies to pet stores, and the parents of these puppies are kept in horrific conditions. Don't believe the owners of these stores when they tell you they have papers, or are from breeders - they are lying, plain and simple.
